Yes. With multiple dogs sharing the same indoor and outdoor space, flea prevention protects every dog here. Please make sure your dog is on current flea treatment before their visit.

Yes, with conditions. Females must not be in heat. Males are welcome as long as they show no signs of aggression and don't mark indoors.

No. For the safety of every dog and our staff, we follow a strict one-strike policy on aggression. Our free 2-hour intro helps us assess whether Dogstar is the right fit before any full day.

No, we offer daytime playcare only, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Yes. We supervise all play and group dogs thoughtfully so big and small can socialize safely. If your dog does better with similar-sized playmates, let us know.

Yes. We require proof of up-to-date Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations, plus puppy shots for younger dogs. Please bring documentation to the first visit.

No personal toys, please, since they tend to trigger possessiveness in a group setting. We do accept treats if your dog has special dietary needs.

Linda makes our treats herself, in small batches, using just a handful of simple ingredients: chickpea flour, pumpkin, banana, peanut butter, and ground pumpkin seeds. We also dehydrate our own beef liver and beef heart in-house. No wheat, no fillers, nothing off a factory line.
Let us know about any allergies or restrictions when you drop off and we'll work around them. The treats do contain peanut butter, so flag any nut sensitivities. If your dog is on a strict or prescription diet, we're happy to skip treats entirely. -
Yes, if needed. For any dog requiring a meal during the day, please provide the food and feeding schedule and we'll follow it exactly.

Yes, both are available for enrolled daycare clients only, no walk-ins. Our own Jasmine does nail clipping for $20 and ear cleaning for $5. If your dog attends daycare, just ask us to add either service to their day.
